Individual sessions
Dramatherapy is person centred and at a pace lead by the client. Therapy is offered face to face (location dependent) or online. It can be one to one or in a small group. Together with the therapist, you may explore those emotions which may feel challenging, difficult to unravel or ‘stuck’. Sometimes, we need to make sense of emotions which can leave us feeling confused. Using creativity to explore the subconscious free’s the mind and enables the individual, you to delve deeper, offering a quiet space for reflection and feeling heard.
